Shipping policy

Delivery area

We deliver to Austria, Germany and the other countries selectable at checkout.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs for your order are shown in the cart and at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery time

The current expected delivery time can be found on our Shipping & Delivery page. Depending on the product, orders may ship from different warehouses; for orders with several items partial deliveries are therefore possible. Partial deliveries cause no additional shipping costs for you.

Tracking

As soon as your order has shipped, you receive a tracking number by email so you can follow the delivery.

Customs

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs duties, taxes or fees of the destination country may apply, which are borne by the recipient. If a fee is requested on delivery within the EU, please contact us beforehand.

Transport damage

Please check the goods after receipt and report obvious transport damage as soon as possible to office@ecarfit.com. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
